Reneesha Parrish, RN, BSN
Mrs. Parrish has been a dedicated BSN RN since 1996, beginning her career in long-term care before transitioning to home health care later that year. She has held various roles in home health care, from staff nurse to nursing supervisor. In 2000, she and her mother founded Parrish Home Health Care, providing exceptional care to patients in the Metro Detroit area. The agency expanded to Toledo, Ohio, in 2005 and to Dayton/Columbus, Ohio, in 2010.
In 2015, Mrs. Parrish and her mother sold their Ohio locations and established Parrish Palliative and Hospice Care in Michigan. In 2019, she launched Parrish Academy, a mentorship and training program for Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs), aimed at developing the next generation of healthcare professionals. In 2020, she expanded to Ohio with Parrish Palliative and Hospice Care of Ohio. The Parrish brand emphasizes high-quality care standards, contributing to the Parrish agencies’ consistent regional and national recognition, including accolades from Home Care Elite.
In 2020, Mrs. Parrish expanded palliative and hospice care services to Toledo, Ohio. Her leadership in staff training and orientation has set a benchmark for quality, enabling her agencies to outperform competitors. Driven by her passion for healthcare and education, Mrs. Parrish continues to inspire excellence in the field.
